Returning your online orders has never been EASIER! 
You can simply choose to Return/Refund & Exchange your purchase online in the convenience of your home, or you can always Return/Refund & Exchange your order at your nearest store!

We always strive to best serve you; therefore your Returns/Refunds & Exchanges are hassle-free, online and in-store. To ensure a smooth process, please check the following terms and conditions:

Returns

  • If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition received.
    • Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
    • Item(s) must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In case you will return online, you can either create a return request or call our customer care hotline on 16768 to create one for you. Once you/they do, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Next, our courier will contact you to pick up your item(s)

 Refunds

  • Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you through email or phone that we have received your returned item(s).
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
  • If your return is approved, in case you have paid using a bank card (debit or credit), the amount will be refunded directly on your card.
  • If you pay using cash on delivery method, the amount will be refunded to your electronic/online wallet.
  • If you pay using Buy Now Pay Later method (valu, souhoola, sympl & etc..), the money will be refunded to the account of the method you paid with.
  • No partial refunds are offered for purchases made through bank installments.
